Our largest floating house (sleeps 16+) with 4 bedrooms and a large sleeping loft/dorm room, 2 full bath with a washer/dryer. Enjoy the lake and Chuck Swan Nature Preserve from the covered front deck with swim ladder and gas grill. Large Great room with a big screen TV, VCR, DVD, CD, Stereo with a large wood wet bar for entertaining, a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, oven, microwave and a large eating bar. Central heat and air. Foosball game included in Great Room

Sleeping arrangements include a King Size beds in Bedroom #1 & #2, a Queen Size bed in bedroom #3, a Queen bed and a set of twin bunk in bedroom #4 and a large loft 6 twin size mattresses, a futon full size and a TV/CD/VCR and a window.
