No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problem is one of our newest and largest floating houses. It has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 14) 2 1/2 baths, a spectacular double deck w/stainless steel grill with a water slide and hot tub for an enjoyable water/sun experience on the lake. The house has Central AC/Heat, washer/dryer(HE), 32” flat screen TV w/DVD on private 2nd floor, and 37” flat screen TV/ DVD/CD with surround sound stereo w/iPod port AND universal Sirius Satellite Radio docking station downstairs w/4 outdoor deck speakers with outdoor volume control knob. Full kitchen including oven, microwave, refrigerator, blender, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker, etc. ‘No Shoes…’ also has a large under counter ice maker in the kitchen to help ice down those favorite beverages in your cooler! The large double deck has a swim ladder and hot tub that is great for swimming or just lounging w/family and friends. Enjoy the view facing beautiful Chuck Swan Nature Preserve.

Bedroom #1 is a master suite with king bed and bathroom, and #2 has a queen bed; #3 has two full size beds and bedroom #4 in the private 2nd floor with half bath has 4 twin beds and a lounge sleeper in loft area. The living room also has a pull out sofa sleeper.
