An exquisitely decorated floating house (sleeps 8) with 2 large bedrooms and sleeping loft, one full bath with a washer dryer. Enjoy the lake and Chuck Swan Nature Preserve from the covered front deck or huge sun/ party deck on the side with swim ladder, slide and gas grill. Large Living room with a TV, VCR, DVD and Stereo, a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, oven, microwave and a large eating bar. Newly added central heat and air.

Sleeping arrangements include a King Size bed in Bedroom 1, a Queen Size bed in bedroom 2 and a loft accessible by ladder with 2 full size mattresses and a window.
