The Blue Lagoon floating house has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 12) 2 baths, a large Living Room with oversized couches and hardwood floors. It has a large front deck with a hot tub & slide overllooking Chuck Swain Nature Preserve. Also included is a jet ski dock. The house has Central AC/Heat, washer/dryer, TV/VCR/DVD,CD, complete kitchen including dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, etc. and a gas grill on the deck that is great for swimming, sunning or just lounging. Enjoy the fantastic view facing Chuck Swan Nature Preserve.

Bedroom 1 has a king bed, bedroom 2, and 3 has a queen bed; bedroom 4 has two sets of bunks with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top.
