Newly constructed home (sleeps 19) has 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, 3 family rooms on a beautiful wooded lakefront lot. It is located in a private cove behind Flat Hollow Marina. Enjoy easy access to the private covered boat dock. Dock has one covered slip with room to tie off two additional boats and large swim platform with picnic table. This beautifully decorated home has 4 levels, LR/DR and a covered porch on the ground level, lower level FR and a 2nd lower level FR with a full bath and a kitchenette including refrigerator, sink, microwave. Enjoy the 3 decks with hot tub and a gas grill overlooking the lake. It has central air & heat; several satellite TV/DVD, washer/dryer, a complete kitchen, and multiple decks.
