The Summer Palace floating house (sleeps 10) has 3 bedrooms plus a loft, two baths and a laundry/utility room. Each bedroom has queen size beds and the loft has 2 twin beds. It is situated on/in the lake with Central AC/Heat, TV/VCR, complete kitchen including dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, etc. Has a large deck/porch with gas grill and swim ladder that is great for swimming or just lounging.
